Basic profile information (open_id, username, avatar)
Profile link and statistics (followers, likes, videos)
Video upload and publishing permissions
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to VisualReach. By using our platform to upload or publish content to TikTok, you grant us the limited right to store, process, and manage that content solely for providing the Service.
You agree not to upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or violates TikTok's Community Guidelines.
4. Intellectual Property
All VisualReach software, branding, and content (excluding user content) are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior consent.
5. Service Changes and Termination
We may update, modify, or terminate our Service at any time, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our Service is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or any content posted through TikTok via VisualReach.
